1 General Terms & Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between 7d7 and its users. 7d7 is an international online betting and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and beyond.

By creating an account, browsing any page, or using any service on 7d7, you agree to these Terms. If anything is unclear, please contact the 7d7 support team before registering.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in June 2026. All previous versions are automatically considered null and void.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at 7d7, you must provide accurate and complete information. 7d7 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete details at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7d7 regularly runs a variety of bonus offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Bonus funds and real money are shown separately in your wallet. When you withdraw, real money is deducted first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the offer.
• If bonus abuse — including bonus hunting or Sports Betting abuse — is detected, 7d7 reserves the right to suspend the account.
• If wagering requirements are not met, bonus funds will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7d7 supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳1,00,000 (Standard Members) / ৳5,00,000 (VIP)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• After claiming a deposit bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until at least the bonus deposit amount has been wagered once.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games on 7d7:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 7d7 voids it due to a technical error.
• 7d7 reserves the right to correct any bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly in the system.
• Placing bets using insider knowledge of any event is strictly prohibited.
• Any bet identified as related to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the account will be closed.
• In live betting, if the game situation changes after a bet is placed, that bet will still be considered valid.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7d7. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately:

7d7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If required KYC verification documents are not submitted.

Members may also contact 7d7 Support at any time to close their account. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned via the verified withdrawal method.

8 Limitation of Liability

7d7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Outcomes of bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any technical error in game software caused by an authorized third party.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or carelessness.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

7d7 is committed to protecting members' personal information. Data we collect is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

10 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If a dispute arises between 7d7 and a member, please contact the 7d7 support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• If your issue is not resolved through support, you may escalate a complaint to our licensing authority.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, 7d7's server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.
• Arbitration is mandatory before any dispute can be taken to court.
